About the founder

Kirsty Bashforth spent 24 years at BP plc pursuing a career in commercial leadership, operations and organisational dynamics, working in UK, US, Denmark and Belgium. She is a non-executive director of Kier Group plc, an independent governor of Leeds Beckett University in the UK and has an Economics degree from Cambridge University.
